Prepaid Card

1. Login to https://luxpin.co/
2. Select your prepaid card
3. Click the "Top­up" button on the lower left side of your Prepaid Card page.
4. Select a top­up currency.
5. Once the currency has been chosen, you will see the top­up address.
6. Send your top­up to the address on the system.

Once the payment has been confirmed, it would generally take 3-7 business days for the loading to be completed. After completing, it will update from "Pending Balance" to "Balance" shortly.

Sometimes the balance update will take a bit longer due to the card issuers system.

Debit Card

1. Login to https://luxpin.co/
2. Select your debit card
3. Click the "Top­up" button on the lower left side of your Debit Card page.
4. Select a top­up currency.
5. Once the currency has been chosen, you will see the top­up address.
6. Send your top­up to the address on the system.

Once the payment has been confirmed, the loading to be completed within 3 business days. After completing, you can check the balance at the ATM.
