Prepaid Card
1. Login to https://luxpin.co/
2. Select your prepaid card
3. Click the "Topup" button on the lower left side of your Prepaid Card page.
4. Select a topup currency.
5. Once the currency has been chosen, you will see the topup address.
6. Send your topup to the address on the system.
Once the payment has been confirmed, it would generally take 3-7 business days for the loading to be completed. After completing, it will update from "Pending Balance" to "Balance" shortly.
Sometimes the balance update will take a bit longer due to the card issuers system.
Debit Card
1. Login to https://luxpin.co/
2. Select your debit card
3. Click the "Topup" button on the lower left side of your Debit Card page.
4. Select a topup currency.
5. Once the currency has been chosen, you will see the topup address.
6. Send your topup to the address on the system.
Once the payment has been confirmed, the loading to be completed within 3 business days. After completing, you can check the balance at the ATM.
