How to deal with unauthorized transactions?

We suggest our customers to always protect your account and regularly review the transactions, and report to us once you find abnormal activities.
Regarding the unauthorized transactions, you are required to inform us through email within 7 days from the date of the transaction along with details (date, amount, description) of each unauthorized transactions.
Otherwise, the fraudulent transactions might be deemed accepted by the card issuer.
Please note that there might be fees charged by the card issuer.
